Academician Wuershu Slamu of the Chinese Academy of engineering plans to establish the Institute of Multilingual Intelligent Information Processing (IMLIP), professional committee of the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence. Professor Zhang Huaping of Beijing Institute of Technology is specially assigned to be responsible for the specific preparation work. Currently, there are Wang Haifeng (Baidu), Zhu Jingbo (Northeastern University ), Zhao Xiaobing (Central University for Nationalities), Cairangjia (Qinghai Normal University) and Hu Guoping (iFLY), Professor Liu Qun, chief scientist of Huawei, Wang Bin, director of Xiaomi AI. More experts and scholars joined in the preparation work.
